Things to consider:

1. Has this person worked with your exact situation before?

2. Do they have ties to and depth of knowledge about the Central Oklahoma area?

3. If they are being pushy on the phone, they will be pushy throughout the entire process.

4. How many contracts do they perform on on a monthly basis?

5. Do they have funds available to close in the allotted time frame?

6. Are they well connected to local resources? (ie: photographers, agents, lawyers, title companies)

7. Do you feel cared for and understood?

Its easy to fall down the "cash offer" and "buy my home fast" rabbit hole... but let me reassure you. You do NOT have to make a decision today. Evaluate your options, and those offers will still be there when you are ready to take action.
